VisualInvoice is a browser-based tool for creating proforma invoices with product photos. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the site.

Invoice Data

The current version of VisualInvoice runs in your browser. Seller details, buyer details, product photos, line items, notes, and drafts are stored locally on your device through browser storage. We do not operate a backend database for these drafts in the current version.

Analytics

We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate product usage, such as page views, feature clicks, and export events. Analytics helps us improve the product. Do not enter confidential information into fields unless you are comfortable storing it locally in your browser.

Files and Images

Uploaded logos and product photos are compressed in your browser for preview and export. They are not uploaded to a VisualInvoice server in the current version.

Local Storage

VisualInvoice uses local storage to save drafts automatically. You can clear this data by clearing your browser site data for VisualInvoice.

Future Accounts and Subscriptions

If we add accounts, cloud saving, team features, or paid subscriptions, this policy will be updated before those features collect additional account, billing, or cloud-stored invoice data.

Third-Party Services

VisualInvoice may load Google Fonts, Google Analytics, and deployment infrastructure services. These providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and usage events according to their own policies.
